This production line consists of automatic feeding, PP/PS/PE sheet extruder machine, cam driven mode thermoforming machine, automatic stacker, recycling material crusher and refeed in line, which realizes producing the plastic products (like cups) from granule material directly. It is highly reduce the labor cost, production time, material waste and machine footprint.
Features:
- 1. Extruder and roller are all use speed inverter.
- 2. Thermoforming machine use four pole structure, so that the automatic plastic cup production line can move tranquilization to advance the molding precision.
- 3. Synchronization control the sheet line speed and molding sending speed.
