Features:
- 1. The stationery sheet extrusion machine uses motor to direct connection with retarder to improve transmission rate.
- 2. This PP stationery sheet extrusion line adopts horizontal structure, roller direct connection transmission, line speed and traction line speed by synchronic control.
- 3. Roller temperature is controlled independently and the double convection system for roller cooling which will provide very high heat exchanged rate and to keep the even roller surface temperature.
- 4. Roller utilizes pressure-type installation, so that it can easy to change roller with whole veins.
- 5. The stationery sheet extrusion machine is equipped with a computer presetting length slitter to achieve the online cutting.
- 6. Our PP stationery sheet extrusion line adopts PLC control system to automatically control the parameter setting, data computing and back, alarm and so on.
